Apostle Paul was writing to a multicultural generation. As a Hebrew by birth, a citizen of Rome and one who studied in Tarsus, a Greek city, he knew what was ideal for these constituencies who probably faced different types of challenges in the early Church. He had to taylor his messages to them accordingly.

However, I believe all his letters are anchored on Christ, Grace and the Spirit.

How is this as an example of head covering among cultures:

I grew up in a culture where even for non-Christians, women wear headgears as part of "beatification" as required by culture and tradition. The men wear hats, etc. but have to take off the hats when they salute an elderly person whereas the women keep their headgear on.
