Nonetheless, there are people you deal with that the thick stonewall between you simply cannot be cracked. For several reasons, not the least of which are 1. Lack of capability/desire for self examination

2. Inability to share credit

3. Constant Grumbling rather than Contentment and Gratitude for one's blessings

4. Difficulty focusing in one lane and even agreeing on basic facts.

In addition to "staying calm and confident but don’t stray into the land of overconfidence" sometimes you require Profound Patience and even Silence.
