There is absolutely no substitute for good old fashion:
a. Healthy balanced diet
b. Daily exercise—Walking (and dancing) will do for those who cannot go to gym or even run due to physical limitations
c. Life long learning —Avoid intellectual shutdown
d. Life long service to others beyond your family
