What a great piece, Bernhard. Authentic, practical and universally reproducible. The two Einstein quotes are so insightful and inspirational. On a personal note, the article could not have been more timely. I am currently in a "hiding place" on a mountain and I can attest to the fact that your Exercise 4 is spot on.

Just one statement I would take exception to, and your feedback on my take will be deeply appreciated. I think the word "every" in this statement:

"I have learned that every physical condition has a mental cause, ie, expresses an order principle that urges me to free myself from my programs, develop my full potential, and fulfill my purpose as part of the whole." should be replaced with "most".

Somebody born with a congenital abnormal heart valve or a 75 year old with degenerative (wear and tear) disease of the spine -- in the lower back for example — resulting in pain and difficulty walking clearly does not "have a physical condition that has a mental cause".

Aside from this small counterpoint, I salute and thank you Bernhard for sharing this article.
