Yes, your statement about what determines whether a person is racist or not is true. However, at the core of the mindfulness of racist proclivities is a fundamental misconception of the nature of Homo Sapiens.

That, indeed, there is ONLY ONE HUMAN RACE.

This reality, sadly is so opaque to much of humankind that not even education can bring it to light. Something that will change things, over time—decades, centuries or even maybe millennia— is Episteme —proven knowledge of who we are.

No job is without "racist" individuals in any multicultural society anywhere in the world. It is the existential reality of humankind.
